Once you register, you will be emailed a link to build your booth using a very simple booth building template. The booth will be a great branding opportunity, where you can include information that will be shared with participants, such as your logo, mission statement or company profile, open opportunities, videos and more.
Setting up your booth for the G.I. Jobs Virtual Career Expo is quick and easy. Our events are powered by Brazen, the leading virtual hiring event and online career platform. You will also have dedicated support and our help section to help you along the way.
Brazen’s platform is in the cloud, so there are no are no plugins, downloads, or clunky software requirements. All that you need to participate in an online career fair with Brazen is a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet connection.
As soon as a Representative is assigned to a booth for an upcoming event they can login to that event and browse through Registrants using the “Search Registrants” link on their navigation panel.
Representative can view each Registrant’s answers to registration questions as well as any uploaded documents, such as a resume. The list is updated in real-time and new registrants will appear with a red dot on their profile picture indicating that the Representative has not yet viewed this person’s profile.
Representatives can send out invitations to schedule a chat with Attendees who they would like to meet. Invited Attendees can simply choose a time slot that works for them and will then be connected with that Representative at the scheduled time during the live event.
The Entry level booth is limited to 2 Representatives. Upgrade your chats-per-hour by upgrading to the Standard or Sponsored booth and invite as many representatives as you need.

As a Sponsored Booth, you can be featured front-and-center with a welcome video that will be shown to every candidate upon entering the event. When a participant first enters the event, the Welcome Video will automatically be displayed as an overlay in the event lobby.
As a Sponsored booth, you will have the opportunity to host a webinar that will be marketed to the G.I. Jobs and Military Spouse audience.
The webinar is a time for us to spotlight the featured organizations through a collaborative discussion facilitated by a member of the G.I. Jobs team. During the webinar, we can discuss your organization, types of open requisitions, and any tips that you might be able to provide to the veteran audience prior to their arrival at the event.
The marketing strategy for each event is built around the goals and audience of the event. Typically, events are promoted through targeted email marketing, which has proven to be the most effective. We leverage other outlets such as newsletters, social media, publications, and our websites to promote as well.
We will do the bulk of the marketing for each online event. We do however encourage exhibitors to market through your channels as well. It’s a great opportunity to easily meet and connect with attendees and the more exposure the better!
